FMC Crop Protection’s post-emergent herbicide, Aptitude, received a warm welcome by grain growers on Yorke Peninsula last year. YP AG recommends Aptitude for weeds such as bifora, bedstraw, mustard and lincoln weed. Aptitude contains a patented mix of carfentrazone (Group G) and metribuzin (Group C). “We already knew how effective and fast acting carfentrazone could be and, combined with metribuzin, we were expecting the new product to be very effective,” a YP AG spokesperson said.
